Il corso si propone di preparare gli studenti ad una gestione efficace ed efficiente dei processi e dei progetti aziendali, fornendo delucidazioni in merito agli strumenti più idonee ed alle tecniche pià utilizzate dalle imprese ed avendo quale particolare riferimento le imprese manifatturiere orientate al profitto.

The course aims at preparing students to operate effectively and efficiently in the management of company processes and projects, providing a clear explanation of the most appropriate tools and techniques which are the most widely used by firms, with particular reference to profit-oriented manufacturing companies.

Lo studente dovrebbe acquisire quelle conoscenze indispensabili per poter ricoprire in futuro ruoli organizzativi di process e/o project manager o di team member di processo e/o di progetto, in seno alla struttura aziendale.

Metodi didattici
Il corso si struttura in due grandi aree tematiche.
La prima parte verterà sull'illustrazione dei concetti fondamentali inerenti alla gestione per processi aziendali.
La seconda parte verterà invee sull'illustrazione dei concetti fondamentali inerenti alla gestione per progetti aziendali.

Modulo: GESTIONE DEI PROCESSI E DEI PROGETTI AZIENDALI
1 – Introduzione al corso; Il sistema impresa; l’approccio per funzioni.
2 – L’approccio per processi: un’introduzione; definizione di processo; classificazione dei processi
3 – Il processo di sviluppo del business
4 – Il ciclo attivo (vendite e customer service)
5 – Il ciclo passivo; il processo industriale; i processi direttivi e di supporto
5 – la gestione dei processi; progetti di Business Process Improvement; BPR: un’introduzione
7 – Processi di Business Process Reengineering
8 – Organizzazione dei processi: struttura e altre variabili; sistemi di controllo e sistemi di gestione del personale
9 – ABC, ABB, ABM; sistemi informativi di processo
10 – La gestione dei progetti

Didactical method
The course is organized to cover two main areas.
The first part will examine the fundamental concepts underlying company process management.
The second part will examine the fundamental concepts underlying company project management.
Organizational management of company processes and projects
The program of this first part can be summarized as follows:
1. the business functional approach: advantages and limits of a mere functional management and organization
2. the business processes approach:
• typology of processes, classifications and modality of representation
• the processes management for the creation of value: BPI and BPR
• the processes approach from the organizational point of view
• the management of processes, informative systems of processes and the process management of employees
• limits of the processes approach
The second part of the course, which lasts about 5 hours, will deal with the explanation of the main concepts of business projects management .
The program of this second part can be summarized as follows:
1. the definition of the concepts of project and program and related classifications
2. project management: operating, organizational and economic-financial aspects
3. involved organizational roles
Experts from the business world will be invited to talk about their experiences during the two parts of the course.
